Toni Deeshawn Jackson Disappears Near Phoenix’s Roeser Road

PHOENIX, Arizona — The Gila River Police Department and Phoenix Police Department are urgently seeking the public’s help to locate 39-year-old Toni Deeshawn Jackson, a member of the Gila River Indian Community, who was last seen near Roeser Rd. and 16th Street in Phoenix. As of May 4, 2025, her whereabouts remain unknown, raising alarm among her community and family.

Toni is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a white tank top, gray sweatpants with distinctive black patchwork on the knees, and white sneakers with royal blue shoelaces. The Roeser Rd. and 16th Street area, a busy urban intersection near South Mountain, has seen other missing persons cases in recent years, such as 14-year-old Karlee Peyton Jackson in 2022, who vanished near 16th Street and Southern Avenue. The lack of a specific date for Toni’s disappearance complicates the timeline, potentially delaying critical early responses, and the absence of reported witnesses in such a populated area raises questions about surveillance coverage or community engagement in the investigation.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Gila River Police Department at 520-562-4511 or the Anonymous Tip Line at 520-562-7144. Every tip could be crucial in bringing Toni home safely.

The Gila River and Phoenix communities are rallying together. Let’s amplify Toni’s story to ensure her safe return.
