Victoria Lane in Somerton, Arizona, as part of their community notification obligations under A.R.S. 13-3825. Joslin’s intermediate risk classification prompts heightened awareness for residents in this quiet residential area.

Joslin is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. On February 10, 2009, he pleaded guilty/no contest in Yuma County Superior Court to one count of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of attempted child molestation, involving two female juveniles known to him. He was sentenced to 15 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections, with credit for 1,413 days served pre-sentencing, followed by 60 months of intensive probation upon release.
