Wickenburg on Edge: Leah Miller, 42, Missing After Leaving Treatment Center

WICKENBURG, Arizona — The Wickenburg Police Department needs help finding 42-year-old Leah Miller, who walked away from a treatment center in Wickenburg on April 10, 2025. Leah was last seen wearing a pink shirt, black leggings, and carrying a small fanny pack. She’s been battling mental health issues, making her disappearance especially concerning for her family and the community.

Leah left the treatment center near Constellation Road around midday. Staff noticed she was missing during a routine check and called the police right away. She didn’t take extra clothes or supplies, just her fanny pack. Her family says Leah has been working hard to manage her mental health, but she might be feeling confused or scared. Without her medication, and with nighttime temperatures dropping into the 50s, Leah could be in real danger.

The Wickenburg community is worried. Leah is known for her kind smile and chats at the local coffee shop. “She’s been through so much,” a friend said. “We just want her safe.” The idea of Leah wandering alone, possibly lost in the desert surroundings, has everyone on edge. The Wickenburg Police are searching hard, checking trails near Hassayampa River Preserve, a place Leah liked to visit. They’re also looking at security cameras around town, hoping to spot her pink shirt.

The police are asking anyone who was near Constellation Road on April 10 to think back. Did you see a woman in black leggings, maybe looking unsure? If you see Leah, please call the Wickenburg Police at 928-684-5411 right away. She might be scared, so approach her gently. Leah’s family is counting on Wickenburg’s tight-knit spirit to bring her home safe.
