Multiple 911 calls from witnesses described an elderly neighbor pleading for help amid a family argument. Despite orders to drop it, he ran toward an officer, prompting the fatal shot. The Chandler man killed in police shooting received immediate aid from officers but was pronounced dead at a hospital.
