BULLHEAD CITY, Arizona — Steven Lantz Ashmore, a 62-year-old man, went missing on March 24, 2025, and the Bullhead City Police Department has listed him as an endangered missing person in the National Crime Information Center. His roommate called police around 11 p.m. that night, worried sick after losing touch with him.
Ashmore had a stroke recently and was sent to a hospital in Las Vegas for treatment. He got discharged earlier that day, and when he talked to his roommate on the phone that afternoon, he sounded off—disoriented and not himself. Now his phone’s dead, and no one knows where he is. He’s a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police don’t have a clue where Steven Ashmore might’ve gone after leaving the hospital—could be Vegas, back toward Bullhead City, or somewhere else. That stroke’s got them concerned he might be confused or in trouble, especially with no way to reach him. They’re asking anyone with info to call 928-763-1999, hoping to track him down fast.
Bullhead City’s right on the Colorado River, a straight shot down Highway 95 from Vegas, about 100 miles. His roommate’s the last one who heard from him, and now it’s a race to find him safe.
