He was wearing a pink and orange flamingo shirt, black pants underneath white shorts, and a black western hat, making him potentially recognizable in the area.
Theodore Hickman is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with short dirty blond hair and blue eyes. He has a distinctive rose tattoo underneath his left eye, which could help in identifying him. His sudden disappearance has raised concerns, especially given that he was last seen on a bicycle, which may limit his travel range unless he has since accessed other means of transportation.
