Crownpoint Search: Colbryn Bennette, 47, Missing Since April 4

CROWNPOINT, New Mexico — The Navajo Division of Public Safety is searching for 47-year-old Colbryn Shane Bennette, who went missing in the Crownpoint District on April 4, 2025. Colbryn was last seen that day after his mother dropped him off. He was wearing blue jeans, a dark blue shirt, black tennis shoes, and carrying a black backpack. At 6 feet tall and 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, Colbryn has a medical condition that requires medication, raising concerns for his safety.

Colbryn lives with his father in Mariano Lake, New Mexico. His mother dropped him off in Crownpoint on April 4, but he never made it home. Since he didn’t take his medication with him, his family is worried about his health. It’s been a week since Colbryn was last seen, and with each passing day, the need to find him grows more urgent. He has been entered into the National Crime Information Center to help with the search.

The Navajo Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find Colbryn. If you have seen him or know anything about where he might be, please call the Navajo Police Department Crownpoint District at 505-786-2050 or 505-786-2051.
